Drain Installation & Replacement

I did some research on locating a plumber beforehand and decided to go with Dignity Plumbing after reading the reviews etc. I requested an appointment online and I was contacted immediately and had it booked in no time flat. I received frequent updates as to the status of my appointment as well as the technician's name and arrival time. The technician Brian was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them from now on as my plumbing service after this experience. They are courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My work was completed in a timely manner and I wasn't pressured or up sold on things I did not need. I was also provided with an estimate of future work that I may need at some point in the future. I've been in my house for over 20 years so I know I will be needing more work in the future as things eventually need servicing and/or replacement at some point. Dignity Plumbing is highly recommended and has earned my business for all things plumbing.

We had a break in a water main supplying 376 residences. Highly stressful situation to say the least. Sterling and Scott went above and beyond any and all expectations to make it right. Thanks again gentlemen!

I had a leak in my water main under the front yard. Antonio and Matt came out the same day I called and were very helpful and communicative. The main office was also very quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me informed along the way. I had to be out of town the day they came to finish the work and I felt very comfortable knowing they were there even when I was gone. I’ll definitely use them again if the need ever arises!

Cliff was fast, professional, and thorough. We are very pleased with his work and Dignity's fast response. It was less than 2 hours from my call in for service to job completion! Very well done Cliff and Dignity plumbing!

My main water line sprung a leak for 2nd time in 2 years Sterling from Dignity was very responsive. Since I decided to replace the entire line, we needed the excavators to dig a trench. That occurred the following day. And the line was replaced a few hours later. The city inspector was impressed by the job. He said they did more than required by code. The water is running fine. Just waiting for the excavators to fill in the trench job well done.

Toilets/sinks /tubs unclogged, have used this company twice, both times technicians have been prompt, professional, left bathrooms clean, were courteous, very reasonable, Antontio was especially polite. Will definitely use again.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. I called yesterday and Brianna set up my appointment. She was very nice on the phone and scheduled me quickly for the next day (today). My apt window was 10-2 and Jon was there almost right at 10. He quickly identified my problem, fixed it, and was on his way. Thank you for such an easy and quick solution!!

Jonathan arrived on time, he is friendly and informative. Explained what the issue was and how he would fix it. I had gone upstairs for a few minutes when I came back down, he was already done with installing the new garbage disposal. It works great and no more leaks. Definitely would recommend this company, thanks again.

Jon Harriss came out here to fix the issue that I was having with the gas pipes and he did an amazing job quick and responded to all my questions. As well as Faith who I spoke with at first did an amazing job with everything that I needed to know! Great team and great prices! I have used Dignity Plumbing twice and am currently enrolled in their yearly maintenance service. Scott Morris was the plumber who came out for both of my service calls. He is personable and very thorough in explaining any questions I had. I hired Dignity Plumbing to complete a plumbing inspection of my home purchase as advised by my home inspector (Clear Inspections another great company). They were able to meet my short notice requirements, very professional, timely. I used them again after home purchase to complete repairs that had been recommended. I had initially called around five other plumbing places and decided to go with Dignity Plumbing. The prices were reasonable and the front desk was really responsive and caring to my concerns. I had to set an appointment that day and Antonio was on time and very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease while he was working and explaining to me what was wrong. What other company said it's not possible to fix without breaking bank Ryan did within an hour. Appointment was scheduled immediately after we requested the quote, office stuff was super friendly. Ryan made sure it worked after fixing it and tried it multiple times. He also left place clean (used shoes covers - not like the other company) and explained everything. Price was also better then quoted by other companies. Dignity is really one of the best companies I dealt with in long time.

This is the 4th time I have used this business. They are always very professional and prompt. Scott is a wonderful guy and represents his employer well. He treated me with "Dignity" just like the name says! I highly recommend this company if you're a woman and have had a poor experience with other plumbers talking down to you.

I had a small water leak so I called Dignity Plumbing. Ryan came out and discovered the issue was a bad toilet flange. I approved the estimate and Ryan came back with Mat and fixed the problem. They were on time, fast, professional, and considerate. I highly recommend their services.
