Liz T.

As a native of Las Vegas, NV, early on, Liz wanted to be a healthcare professional. She learned early on in her career that she didn't have the heart for it, so she spent the start of her career with a major financial institution before switching gears to retail management. In 2020, she followed her family and heart and entered into the plumbing industry here at Dignity.

Liz started as a Dispatcher and moved to Office Manager after a few months. After that, she quickly rose and was promoted to Project Manager after a year and a half.

Now in 2023, we are excited to have her as our Operations Manager! She continues to grow within the company and industry; in construction and plumbing combined, overseeing estimates and managing day-to-day processes.

Outside of work, she loves making memories with her husband and three amazing kids. Her favorite place is Disneyland, which is where you will often find her. Aside from Disney and cooking with her kiddos, she's a precision Mario Kart driver and enjoys kicking back with a good book to wind down.

Liz's goals are to retire with the company and do everything she can to work hard, demonstrating her value. She does her job well, so others can do theirs! She loves growing with a company that values honest work, drive, and dedication.
